First is this compatable with Windows XP. It gives me the above message then
FRONTPG.EXE - Application Error. The instruction at "0*4dc6b483" referenced
memory at "0*0000030". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to
terminate the program. What to do next.

It did check out both sites allready but to no avail. Alternative I'm doing
something wrong. I'm still wet behind the ears so if you can be a bit more
specific I would appreciate.

Try doing a Help | Detect and Repair of Frontpage. If that doesn't work,
trying completely uninstalling and reinstalling.

thanx for the help so far. I picked during the repair stage it stated "Unable
to access configuration for Microsoft Web Server". Got no idea what it means.
I still get the same error report as before when trying to start the program.

You neglected to tell us what version of FrontPage.
