Cannot load either browser.

Dear All, When try to install these two browsers I get into a loop and
it is always there, here is the loop. When installing IE5.5 the setup
run and then try to install the components and here is the loop, it tell
me that it did not install these components, then it tell me to restart
my computer. Then the installer will start and the whole proccess start
over. The same happen with 6SP1. I am running Win98SE.

Thank Jon Kennedy, it help but i also hurt in that now IE won't open at
all and I still don't know if this work. I have try install IE5.5 but it
will not open, I have a program that required IE 5.5 or 6SP1 to run on
the net, that is the only reason I am doing this.
