If you are using a keyboard with an F-Lock key, try the print screen with
that key on and off.
If trying to paste into Word, open Word before you do the print screen.
Reason: Starting Word with the Office Clipboard feature active will empty
the Windows clipboard causing your screenshot to be lost.
