Cannot load any Antivirus Software.

While trying to uninstall Antivirus software and install another updated
version some files have become corrupted. As soon as I open Windows (XP Home)
I get the window Run Time Error “File ’53 Not Foundâ€, then Run Time Error
“File ’70 Access Deniedâ€

Have tried System Restore but the system will not restore to any point
whatsoever!! Great!

Have tried to run “regedit†but the file listings will not open and stay on
screen so that I can make changes. Going from bad to worse!

Am getting exasperated!!

Any ideas from anyone gratefully accepted

Provide us with more info so we can help you. You even don't tell use the
name of the antivirus software . Contact the AV vendor to provide you with
special removal tool for the program so you'll be able to uninstall it fully .

Then , make sure your computer is absolutely malware free , no virus , no
spyware , no nothing malicious .
