My network is divided into two subnets 10.0.0.0 mask:255.255.255.128
and 10.0.0.128 mask:255.255.255.128
My PDC is multihomed (3 NICS) and runs Windows 2000 server with DNS,
DHCP, WINS and RAS and is the only DC.
One NIC routes to the internet with RAS (static route) the other two to
the subnets.
computers from every computer, even from the 10.0.0.0 ones and it's
wrong because it is impossible to list the machines on other subnets.
The PCs that belong to 10.0.0.0 are not listed but I can access them if
I write their name \\PC_NAME from 10.0.0.0. The PCs on 10.0.0.128 are
visible to 10.0.0.0 but are not accessible to them.
I can manage the 10.0.0.0 PCs with Computer Management from the server
but I can't access their services like telnet.
I don't know if it is a master browser, WINS, DNS or RAS problem but I
know for sure that it's wired.
The only thing that could make sense is RAS routing in the wrong way
but there is not much to configure.
NAT works OK
RAS:
Internet : router
Subnet-1:router
Subnet-2:router
Static route: Internet,destination: 0.0.0.0, mask:0.0.0.0, gateway
192.168.0.1.
The printer servers on 10.0.0.0 are out of order
Thanks
