Cannot link my hotmail account to Windows Mail !!

Hi, I'm trying to put my hotmail account onto Windows Mail and always give me
an error message and it has something to do with the server. Something about
the POP# and the Incoming and Outgoing Mail.
If someone knows what to do please help me!!
 
Unless you have some sort of premium Hotmail account,
a typical free Hotmail account can not be accessed from Windows Mail.

Later this month Microsoft will release a new email program called
Windows Live Mail, which *will* be able to do Hotmail access.

Well quit trying because it won't work with Hotmail.

You might try somethin glike Hotmail popper or whatever it's called to be
able to use it for now but expect that to quit working eventually.

Windows Live Mail desktop allows use of Hotmail with it but it soon will be
no more and a replacement is in the works.

So, Hotmail will not work in Windows Mail.
