Cannot install

Cannot import drivers for Ati Mobility Radeon X1400.
How can add the Setup.exe in RunOnce in Target Designer or integrate
the Drivers in XPe.
The card cannot be installed from .INF file!
PLEASE HELP!

It might be a different video controller, but I have an example SLD for
NVIDIA, which has to be installed using setup.exe:

A RunOnce resource is used to run the setup.
