Cannot Install XP on Dual Boot Vista

I am trying to install XP as dual boot on my Vista Ultimate machine.
I can create the partition (on a separate drive) and then format and
let XP copy over the files. It is when the machine does its first
reboot in the installation process that the problem surfaces.

The machine just continually reboots!

Any assistance would be very much appreciated!!!

Thanks!

Can you still boot into Vista?
