Cannot install W2K Adv Svr ...

When I try installing W2K Adv Svr by placing the cd in the
cd drive and rebooting - I never get the option to install
by cd. What would cause this? It's an original cd - the
BIOS is setup to boot from the cd first, floppy 2nd, hd
last ...
