cannot install SQL Server 2000/Sp3

Hello NG,

I wan't to install Microsoft SQL Server 2000/Sp3 on my embedded System but
during Setup i get following error:

Installing Software failed

SQL Server 2000 Hotfix 8.00.0568
Please reboot your System.

Setup will cancel now.
--------------------------------------

What's wrong?
