I have the same scanner only the F version, and I cannot get mine to work either. I installed all of the software but every time I plug in the scanner it says device not recognized click here to troubleshoot (no help at all). Under device manager it says that it is an unknown device and every time i try to update the driver it claims that no better drivers were found from the location specified, even though it also says no drivers are installed. Please please please help.
