Cannot install programs please help!!!!

The problem starts when uninstalling McAfee ViruScan and upgrading it to the
enterprise version. An error message appeared, which unfortunately I forgot
to write down and continued to uninstall it. Afterwards, another error
message appeared when trying to install the ViruScan enterprise version. The
error message is "The system cannot open the device or file specified" with
two options, to retry and cancel. When I click on "retry" nothing happens.
When I click on "cancel", another message appears, saying "Internal Error
2755. 110, C:\Documents and settings\all users\documents\Mcafee VirusScan
Enterprise 7\vse710.msi"
I tried the Mcafee web support with no luck. I have also attempted to clean
the windows installer by downloading the clean-up utility, but I can't even
install the utility--the same error message is produced.
Can anyone help? I would appreciate it very much.

Microsoft has a utility which will allow you to clean up the MSI install
files. You can use it to remove "bad" MSI installs/uninstalls.

Try the windows installer clean up utility to see it helps:

Thanks for all your replies, but I have tried the windows cleanup utility
already. When I run the setup of the utility, it can't install. I even used
the cmd to run the Msizap.exe with the T {program code}, but I still couldn't
fix it. Finally I got a hint about folder permission when I searched the web
about windows installer problems. One of the solutions is to enable "everyone
full right to C:\". So I did it and it fixed the problems. I hope this might
be useful to anyone else with the same problem.

Thanks for posting back with the solution. It will benefit others.

Rock, I tried to get the msicuu program but the page wouldn't come up and
then I did a search on MS downloads and still couldn't find it. Is it in
another location? I am having trouble reloading MS Office but it sounds like
this might help since I get an msi error. I hope it's okay to ask here - I
couldn't find it under Office.
thank you!

Yes I see that third link doesn't work. Download it from the download
link in this one:
