Cannot install Printers

For some odd reason, both my printers (Lexmark Z13 and Cuteprinter PDF
printer) seem to have disppeared.
When trying to re-install the Lexmark, a window pops up that the spooler
service has terminated, do I want to restartit (Yes-No), when clicking Yes
the installation just stops.
As for the Cuteprinter, when trying to install that, it says the
installation failed because "the RPC server is unavailable".
Has anyone got any idea how I can put this right?

drivers.
