Cannot install KB938127

The following Critical Update will not install on my system: KB938127.
Although this is offered to me via Ayutomatic updates, when I try to install
it I am informed that 'Files from the package are incompatible with files on
your system'. I have downloaded the appropriate package (Internet 7
forWindows XP, Service Pack 3) from the following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms07-050.mspx

Any ideas how I can install this package successfully?

930000 series updates were published around xp SP2,SP3 would have
this update already installed on youre pc.The version from TechNet is
basically
identical.
