cannot install earthlink accelerator on limited profile

The designated administrator has downloaded, installed,
and is using earthlink accelerator. The limited non
adminstrator profile user cannot load or use the program.
I have dragged the program into the Shared Documents
folder to no avail.
 
You or the administrator will need to temporarily change your account to
administrator and install the application in your account after which your
account can be changed back to its limited status and you should be able to
use the application.
