See if this helps:

Can't edit Org Chart, Graph, Excel (error msg: "server application, source
file, or item can't be found")

thank you very much.but i had tried the every methods what you said,it's not ok

I'm sorry to hear that.

It's strong medicine, but you may have to completely uninstall Office, then run a
registry cleaner to remove ALL traces, then install Office again.

Completely uninstall Office - Office Erasers / Registry Cleaners
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00297.htm

But before doing that, try a few other things:

- Call MS Technical support

and

- I'm guessing that English is not your native language. There are also groups
here for people who speak Spanish, French, German and many other languages. It
might be a good idea to leave a message in the group for your language too.

I had a solution that regsvr32 ole32.dll can solve it,but thank you very much

And thank you for letting us know the solution you found.
How did you learn about this one?
I'd like to add it to the FAQ

When i see the article you introduced:
"When you copy and paste content from Word or Excel and some other programs
into Powerpoint, or when you insert Graphs, Equations or Word Tables, you're
embedding an OLE object into Powerpoint. The OLE object has a "client" (the
program that makes use of the object ... that'd be PowerPoint) and a "server"
(the program that supplies the object to PowerPoint)."
I guess that some problems with the ole object embed, maybe register of the
ole32.dll is invalid.
So i regsvr32 ole32.dll anew
