cannot import anything into collections

No matter what video format, or size of file when I try to import into
collections the MM launches the progress indicator, and then never
finishes... the only way to close the program after that is to force it to
close from task-manager.

I was thinking uninstalling MM and letting windows Update reinstall it might
fix the problem, but MM doesn't have any uninstall information either in
add/remove programs or add/remove windows components.

Anyone got a clue?

Which version of MM are you using?

Have you read the Crashes & Hangs FAQ posted in here on a regular basis?
