Cannot get to WBTW (scnow) a valid active TV site

Hi,
I am using IE6 and Norton and WebRoot software. When I try to access
www.scnow.com it comes back cannot find. I have contacted the TV station an

assure me the site is working. I have tried to close Norton and WebRoot but
still cannot get to the site. Any words of wisdom regarding this issue?

Site works here, although slow on dialup.
You might want to experiment with uninstalling Norton (always a good idea)
and disabling WebRoot.

Four things to try:

1. Delete your TIF and History *folders* completely:

2. Check your Cookies folder and delete any cookies that relate to the
sites in question.

3. Check your Hosts file as per this article:

4. Got to a Command prompt (Start...Programs...Accessories) and type in:

ipconfig /flushdns

Hit Enter.
