Cannot get the borders to show up when uploaded

help. none of the borders i put around various show up? they show up in
"preview" - but when i upload them, they not appear? any ideas - any help
would be appreciated,,,,,
 
Does your webhosting provider offer a "repair FPSE" via the webhosting
control panel? If so, you might try that.

Does the source code via a browser have the information for the border
(something like Microsoft Border="tl"?
