cannot get rid of spyware

advertisement windows keeps on popping up when connected
in the internet, tried to install free spyware cleaner,
but still get those annoying advertisements, please help

It's very important that you update your ref files after
installing and before each scan because they are updated
frequently. Click on the globe or "Check For Updates Now".
There is a plug-in available which will allow you to
disable/enable "Messenger Service" if they are "Messenger
Service" popups.
