Cannot get reconnected

Some time ago I installed, CreataCard Platinim 7,
Greeting Card Factory Deluxe and PrintMaster Platinum 15.

I make all my own Greeting cards from these programes,
meaning I use the scenes etc. but I makeup my own verses.

However, at this point when I go to start the programes I
cannot get neither one to get started!

Can anyone please help me?

No because they aren't MS products - contact the developer. Just because
you've installed them on a Microsoft operating system doesn't make this the
correct place to be posting.
