Hello and Thank you in davance for any insight you can provide. I use Outlook 2002 as my e-mail delivery tool. Within the last few weeks, I cannot get Outlook to display the characters I type in the body of my text messages. I can type "send to"; "CC" ; and "subject matter" information but as soon as I drop down into the lower portion of the e-mail (what I am referring to as the "body of my text message") my cursor moves along the screen but does not display the characters I am typing. I can originate or respond to about one or two messages a day and then the above problems rear their ugly head! Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I check with my e-mail provider (Ilectris)? Does this sound like a RAM or virtual memory problem

Any help or ideas you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

Stop typing white characters on a white background.

Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Fonts

If using stationery, pick something else since whatever you are using has
the same foreground and background color for text.
