Cannot get movie to save

When I make a movie and try to save it in the best
quality my computer gives me the message "Windows Movie
Maker cannot save the movie to the specified location.
Verify that the original source files used in your movie
are still available, and that the saving location is
still available, and that there is enough free disk space
available,and then try again." All the files are in the
same place and available to it. There is 6.94GB memory on
my c: . And I have tried to save it to a CD and to the
hard drive. What could be the problem. It says that the
file will probably only be 82MB? What can I do to correct
this?
