Cannot get game to Run...

I am trying to play a game made by EA, and it will not
load. It has an option to check my system information,
and when it does, it reads my MHz at 26, when it is at
894. It also has my RAM at 126, when it is 128. Any tips
on how to fix this?? thanks.
 
P.S. when i load the game it just says that it has
encountered a problem and has to close....
it says something about an error signature..

Games by EA are VERY graphic intence you need more ram
also what is the memory of your video card?
Try running it in capatability mode for windows 98

On the box the game came in see what the system
requirements are, does your system meet these?
