cannot get attachments to windows vista

I have tried all the suggestions given since the launch of Vista. Nothing
seems to woerk. I can receive attachments, but I can not send any. didn't
have this problem with XP, very frustrating.

Need more info. What happens when you try? Any error message?
Which antivirus are you running?
