Cannot FTP to web based server

Hi there,

We run a software that is "supposed to" allow us to ftp
our daily reservations the internet. For whatever reason,
we have tried 3 machines now and all 3 do the same thing.
Appear to be sending packet and be logged in but in
reality, doing nothing.

I can ftp with Dreamweaver, but not with XP.

Is there something simple I am missing?

C'mon folks, seriously there has to be someone out there
that has some kind of insight into what the problem is
here on our system. A little help please.

What FTP client software are you using? You need to also elaborborate a
bit on the actual error message.
