Cannot FTP after installing SP2

I'm able to connect to my ftp server after installing
SP2. I'm using ZoneAlarm and not Windows Firewall.

I had no problem connecting to my ftp server after doing
a system restore to a point before the installation of
SP2. But I encountered the same problem after re-
installing SP2.

How can I get around this problem?

You could start by telling us what actually happens when you try to do it
now.

Perhaps the troubleshooting information in this article may help:

You may not be able to open a project when you try to connect to a remote Windows XP
Service Pack 2-based computer by using the AutoCAD FTP service
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;873185&Product=windowsxpsp2

Here's how to correct the problem after opening Port 21 via the
SP2 firewall Exceptions tab:

1. Open Internet Explorer >Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab

2. Uncheck the box: "Use passive FTP (for firewall & DSL modem capability)

I included my FTP software as an exception even though I
turned Windows Firewall off (I'm using ZoneAlarm). I also
changed the settings for FTP under the Advanced Internet
options tab but the problem persists.

Did that troubleshooting article solve your problem? I'm
experiencing the same thing with accessing an ftp site
after installing SP2.
