Cannot forward a vcard with e-mail2 and e-mail3 fields populated..

Known problem. Send a full Outlook item instead: Create a rich-text
message, check that the recipient is marked for rich-text, and then insert
the contact item as an attachment.
 
The fields are still stripped even as an attachment sent to an e-mail address
that accepts rich text
 
Exactly what steps did you follow?

Guess I should have read all of your message. It works fine when I Insert
Item.

Thanks for your help. Any idea when Microsoft will fix this so I can just
forward as a vCard?
