cannot find the browser

I installed the microsoft windows update service pack 1
and when it was done my browser was gone???????????

and when i download the ie6 service pack it does
nothing????

help please??

try this:
-------------------------------
start
-control panel
--display
---desktop tab
----customize button (bottom of window)
-----desktop icons box
make changes as desired.
---------------------------------
