cannot find server

cAN YOU HELP ME i KEEP GETTING CANNOT FIND SERVER. i HAVE
WINDOWS 98 OPERATING SYSTEM. eVERY TIME I TRY TO RETRIVE
MY EMAIL OR VISIT A WEB PAGE I GET ACTION CANCELL. I HAVDE
A WIRELESS CONNECTION. CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHAT THE
PROMBLEM IS ? THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP.
 
IE problem.
It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
