"cannot find server" DNS error

Every Time I try logining in to any of my accounts like
on msn, aol, or check my bank account it tells me a soon
as I log in "Page Cannot be display" or "cannot find
server" I've tried everything but nothing seems to help.
If you Can help me in anyway please email me.
