cannot find msconfig

Lynden Gare

When I try to run MSCONFIG from run, it reports it cannot
find it or one of its components.
Can someone assist??
 
i couldn't find msconfig either but i did find this site
that allows you to disable startup programs from starting
on your computer and there's also other programs as well
if you want to check them out. the link is:
