I am getting this error when starting outlook 2002. I tried an uninstall,
reboot and install and this do not fix the problem.

Also when i right click on the outlook thats on the desktop I get a message
that says you need more memory or systems resources. Close some windows and
try again.

I do not have any other program open and i am running an winXP machine with
512ram and p4 cpu.

any help please

You neglected a couple of key pieces of information.

You removed Office 2003 beta and reinstalled Office XP. This is a key piece
of information.

To fix this situation, close Outlook, find and rename or delete the MAPI
folder (Not MAPI32). Then reinstall Outlook/Office XP.

That was it Milly. I renamed the mapi folder and ran the repair and restore
all shortcuts and that fixed the problem.

Thanks again
