Cannot find file when installing

When trying to install a program I get the message

Cannot find file
C:\DOCUME~1Admin\LocalSettings\Temp\pft\108~tmp\SETUP.EXE
(or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and
filename are correct and that all required libraries are
available.

Might try start/run type in cmd click ok opens command
Click to expand...
prompt / type ( sfc /scannow ) without the () you will
then need to put in xp disc this will run a system file
check and may fix your problem. Good Luck.
