Cannot find file on startup!

I'm getting this message on startup:

Cannot find the file 'C\DOCUME~1\ADINI~1\LOCALS~1
\Temp\LUProdRg.exe' (or one of its components). Make sure
the path and filename are correct and that all libraries
are available.

I believe this is a registry file. Does anyone have some
advice?

Whatever it is (looks like ??? a "Live Updater") is should not be
starting from a TEMP location. An application mis-installed? Perhaps
a virus/worm/trojan. Use a startup Manager (eg msconfig.exe) to locate
where is is being called from. Try to find the file in a "normal"
location and check it's properties. Clear the TIFs. Scan the system.
