Cannot find DVD Drive. Please help.

I get a DVD+RW (SONY DVD+RW Q58A) on my laptop and have an external USB
CD-RW. Just now, I
installed nero 5 for the external CD-RW. After restart, I cannot find
either of them from my computer.

I wonder why this happen. How could I recover my DVD+RW? Many thanks.
 
There might be a resource conflict. Have you checked your device
manager for anomolies?
