Cannot find disk defregmenter tools

i cannot find disk defragmenter in system tools. i tried to run manually by
using command prompt but it says: 'defrag is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file.'
how can i solve this problem?

Have you tried opening up Computer, right-clicking on the drive, select
Properties and then defrag under the Tool tab?
 
Try what Gordon said. Also note that the command-line version of Disk Defragmeter (C:\Windows\System32\defrag.exe) still exists in Windows Vista. You'll need to open an elevated Command Prompt and run it. Type "defrag.exe /?" to know the supported arguments.

If that does not work, check if you have the file defrag.exe in your Windows\System32 folder.
