Cannot find default .DLL

When I run Outlook 2002 an error mesage appears saying it can't find the
default .DLL. It then asks me if I want to open the default system folder.
When I say yes I can't access my calender, contacts, etc. When I say No it
closes the program.

Hope Someone can help

Here is the error message.

"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The .DLL file for the information service
could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service
PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is installed and configured."
