Cannot Find Administrators Documents after adding a user

I added a new user to an XP system. Added a user Steve and
this user is now the Administrator. I discovered however
that I had some documents that had been stored that I can
no longer find. I have found folders under the user
Administrator but cannot view that users documents and can
no longer sign onto the system as Administrator. My
assumption is that the documents are private and I can now
not find them through Steve, the new ADministrator and
that the new Administrator (Steve) is not allowed to view
them. In fact, I cannot even see the names but, My
Documents under ADministrator shows that there are 31
files and 8 folders.

Is there any way I can access these files.

By the way, I cannot add ADministrator as a new user
because I am told that ADministrator already exists. I
also cannot switch to ADminstrator because ADministrator
does not show up on boot.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

Press Control/Alt/Delete Twice for Pro and Boot into safe mode and login for
Home.

TweakUI/Logon/Show Administrator on the Welcome Screen

Or...

Enable/Disable Administrator on Welcome Screen (Line 5)

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/View/Unmark "Use Simple File Sharing".
Right click the folder/file in
question/Properties/Security/Advanced/Owner/Set Permissions.
