Cannot enter any chat sites

For some reason I cannot now enter any chat rooms. Until the other day all
was fine. I am not sure, but I wonder if the children have done something -
although my settings are password protected!

Is there some thing obvious that I have overlooked? It seems like an applet
window is being blocked each time I try to enter a site.

Is it me being vague or is there something more to it?

Try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this
problem began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
