I run Office 2003 on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server. In Excel, I consistently have problems with copyin
information from cells. The following happens
- I select a numeric cell and do a ctrl+c, message from Excel "cannot empt
the clipboard". Item does not appear on clipboard
- I have found a work around to resolve the error functionality (remove error from Excel)
To configure settings for mapping client device
go to your Terminal Server Configuration and turn off Clipboard Mappin
This fix removes the error, but eliminates the function of copying something from a terminal session and pasting it locally, which I NEED to have. Any fixes available to eliminate the functionality problem with still allowing clipboard mapping
