After preparing a PPS I was unable to email it. I do not have the "mail
recipient" option in the Send To command in File. Only two options appear:
Online Meeting Participant (greyed out) and MOffice Word. I tried searching
in the program Help and online but could not find a solution. Also tried
customizing toolbars but nothing there either. I have Office 2003 in a WinXP
Pro.

Can you help? Thank you.
Joan

Why not just save the file and then open your email program, type the
message, and attach the PPS file as you'd normally attach a file?

Yes, that is an option. But I wondered if the option to send directly from
the application should've been available like in OfficeWord. Is 'Send To' not
part of Power Point? I'd like to know in case it needs to be repaired with
reinstallation.
Thanks. Joan

I believe it depends on your email client. What application are you using
for email?
