cannot drag emails to personal folders

I was able to perform this task two days ago and now cannot drag my emails
into my personal folders, any one know how I can change this back?

Are you experiencing a BCM problem or are you experiencing an Outlook
problem?

This is a BCM-specific newsgroup/forum. Moreover, it is a very low
traffic newsgroup/forum and not monitored by many people. Please post in
microsoft.public.outlook.general

Do not reply to this message in this group as this is not the right
place for a general Outlook question.

Be sure to post your Outlook version and how your mail accounts are
setup. Be sure to indicate whether you have Exchange account as part of
your Outlook profile.
