Cannot Download SatScape Program

SatScape is a Sattelite Tracking Program that I cannot
get to download at http://www.satscape.co.uk/

It was OK on XP Home but I cannot get it to load on XP
Pro which was a fresh install not an upgrade.All updates
are done and rechecked.

The message I get is:
Error Code: -5005 : 0x80070002
Error Information:

I went to the site - very cool, indeed. I can't imagine why it wouldn't
install properly on XP Pro - Pro isn't that different than Home. The
site says you need DirectX 8.1, but I believe that is the version that
is installed in all versions of XP. I would suggest you contact the
SatScape people for tech support. If there are known issues, they will
know about them.
