Cannot download photos

I have a HP 315 digital camera that I cannot download
pictures. I get "No files on camera"...however there are
pictures, I can see them in the viewer. The 4MB CE card
I had died and I had to replace it...the smallest card I
could purchase was 64MB. HP informs me that the problem
is with Windows XP OS and directed me to a site that
wasn't working. Can anyone help me...I have lots of
pictures that I would like to download.

HP needs stop to stop pointing the finger, and put
fingers to the keyboard and update their hardware drivers.
