Cannot download from Microsoft Download Center

I use Win x64 and IE7. My problem is that I can not download any file from
Download Center. When I click on Dwonload button, new IE window pops-up, and
"Thank You for.." aperas in main window. And nothing esle happens except
after same time timeout error shows up in pop-up window. ActiveX control bar
does not appear as well. I use other PC with XP Home Edition connected
through the same router and Download Center works fine on this machine.
After reading some threads I checked and corrected settings in
Security/Custom Level/ActiveX. I also used PLEfix recommnded by some user.
Nothing works. Anybosy any idea what is wrong ?
