Cannot download file from ftp site

I am trying to download a file from a respected site
(Intuit). It uses ftp.quicken.com as a means to download.
If I left-click on the file, I get "Page cannot be
displayed". If I right-click on the file, then select Save
target as, I get "Internet Explorer cannot download (name
of file) from ftp.quicken.com. The FTP session was
terminated." I've tried on both of my computers runnig
Windows XP Home and Explorer 6.0. Same result. Any ideas
on a fix for this?
