Cannot download a file?

I run 3 different operating
sytems and have Optima Online.
All work fine surfing the net
with IE 6 but since last week
I cannot download from any site!
I added the SP1 service pak several
weeks ago. Any ideas?

I cannot download anything either. No error messages, I
click a link to download an .exe file, for example and
nothing happens. Any ideas or fixes?

I'm afraid not if there aren't any error messages.

Very difficult if not error message is available. Select Problems on this
page for some clues.
