Cannot display a particular website

look at the setting of your firewall or cookie block. this
website might require you to accept a cookie but your
computer will not allow it.

The site gets overloaded sometimes. If you have tried several times I don't
know what is wrong unless it is in you HOSTS file.
Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
