Start -> settings - internet/network connections -> right click your isp
you're using and hit properties -> go to options tab and uncheck "redial if
line is dropped". Also check you haven't got any programs that dial up to
the net on start up or if the line is dropped through there prefrences. Some
peer2peer software can do this so check them options aswell.
